  • The Outdoor Programming Specialist is a member of the camp leadership team and will provide support in the planning, organization, and successful execution of our unique camp programs, with a particular focus on our outdoor recreation area, which includes a canoe launch and archery range. This position calls for a communicative, flexible, and enthusiastic individual with experience developing and leading outdoor programming for youth.   • Job Title: Camp Nurse
    Location: Hybrid/Camp Spencer, Harford County
    On-Site Requirement: Required each residential camp week (two weeks for 2026)

    Reports to: Head Camp Nurse

    Weekly Rate: $750-$800 

    Position Overview: 

    Registered Nurse (RN) for a week-long residential youth camp for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. The Nurse has specific relationships with campers, staff, parents/guardians of campers and staff, primary care providers, and psychiatrists to provide the best care possible for the week and to communicate information regarding medical needs. This position is for three weeks of Camp in 2026.

  • The Camp Art Teacher / Creative Arts & Crafts Specialist leads engaging, age-appropriate creative programming in our Art Barn during residential camp. This role is responsible for designing and facilitating art activities that encourage self-expression, creativity, confidence, and emotional exploration in a supportive and trauma-informed environment. The Art Teacher works closely with campers, counselors, and leadership to create a welcoming space where every child can experience joy through creativity.

    This position is for two-weeks of residential camp in 2026, with potential opportunities to assist with planning and preparation in advance of camp.
